Golden Domes Sdn Bhd (GD) was formed in the year 1995 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. GD was then acting as a marketing agent for the whole of Malaysia, for a leading brand of organic fertilizers from USA, known as Sustane Organic Fertilisers & Soil Builders. The fertilizers were used in the turfing industry and were mainly sold to golf courses and sports field.
In the year 2000, GD continued to be the sales representative for this brand of product in Malaysia and extended its territory to Singapore and Brunei Darussalam. By 2003, GD, took over the Sole Authorised Distributorship of this product for these countries and has been supplying these products to more than 50 prestigious golf courses in the ASEAN region. It has a marketing Company, DSY Global (B.R.No.001643419-W) to handle the sales of these products. GD also developed its own brand of fertilizers for the golf and turf industry, called GreenPlus range of products.
In expanding its business, in 2012, GD formed a new subsidiary company, Firstworld Agriculture (B.R.No.002124606-M) to spread its sales to the plantation industry. GD has come out with also its own line of fertilizers brand for the oil palm plantation sector known as Hercules brand.
GD formed a holdings company called Sendi Empayar Sdn Bhd (Co No. 985033-X) in 2012 when it purchased a 4 storey shop lot in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. Sendi Empayar is owned 100 % by GD and will act as the holding company for future property investment projects under GD.
In further expanding its business into the agriculture and farming industry, GD has recently, in 2013, acquired another company known as Harvesta Sdn Bhd (Co. No.191745-T).
GD has full time working staff of 5 people and several associates to handle the various divisions and job responsibilities in the many sectors that it is involved in. The company outsources some other associated services such as warehousing and transportation. It has a very experienced and enthusiastic team of professionals who are geared to achieving greater success for the company.
